Game changer !!
After years of being extremely active (playing 5 sports through high school, 2 sports at the collegiate level, numerous triathlons/ironmans) and working 12-14 hour days building a career, I suffered cardiac arrest and was dead for close to 10 minutes…fortunately, I was one of the lucky ones who survived and after some serious introspection, I realized my body was a mess – the strain I placed on it over the years resulted in my packing on the pounds and I was desperate to make a change.
Like many, I wanted the “quick” fix and tried keto, vegan, paleo, (even considered the latest “drug”) and ramped up the activity and I dropped some weight (about 25 lbs). In the process I wrecked my metabolism- a deprivation diet, one plan for all plus an “exercise it away” mentality is a sure fire way to slow everything down. I proved that – for several months I could not drop another pound despite limiting my intake.

Results, FINALLY!
I literally convinced myself just to accept the fact that I’d never be able to loose the extra weight and get back to where I once was, I’d be fat forever!
I’ve tried other diets but nothing ever worked. Sure, I’d loose a couple of pounds but that was it. I was beyond frustrated and so I again went on the search for my next “diet” and that’s when I found MetPro.
MetPro has been an absolute game changer for me! I wouldn’t say it’s a diet because I’m not restricting or really eliminating foods but rather learning to properly nourish my body with clean, Whole Foods. This app has 100% taught me how to properly fuel my body and I’ve never eaten so clean or felt so good in my entire life! The sugar cravings are gone! I’m a chocoholic, no joke and I have zero cravings since starting MetPro only a few weeks ago.
Besides having great results immediately starting MetPro and continuing to have results, I love how the app simplifies meals for you with meal suggestions. It also allows you to build your own meal based on picking and choosing from the food list.
This is the absolute easiest way to loose weight all while learning to eat super clean.

It Works!
When I turned 40 I developed this belly fat that no diet seemed to be able to get rid of. Within a month of using MetPro the fat was shrinking and the muscle below is showing through again.
I started during the middle of marathon training and not only did I not gain weight during this training cycle but I had stable energy throughout and had the ability to add more food if I was feeling like I needed it, especially after long runs.
I no longer have crazy cravings for crackers or sweets and the macro approach to eating seems to better fuel my body.
It can feel very structured in the beginning but stick with it and you will see results! The meal plan approach takes some time to work into your schedule but once dialed in eating becomes effortless.
Nutrition Journey w/ MetPro
After seeing a friend get into best shape of his life…. I did a couple exploratory calls with MetPro professionals over the next couple months after hitting a plateau on my previous nutrition plan, so I signed up for trial period of 4 months. Best decision in 2023 and I will never look back as the Coaching from Nutritionist like Kim are worth many more times than the cost as I have continued to lose and reshape my body.
This MetPro plan is u like anything you have ever tried in the weight loss programs available that are too many to name which are essentially starvation plans that are not setting you up for long term success. Join a trial packsge and do the work and you will understand the science of revving up your Metabolism and you will never regret the decision !!!
Great for the long haul
Using the app, I was able to drop nearly 30 pounds and be able to endure longer and harder workouts. I’ve never felt stronger, faster, or fitter. It doesn’t end when you hit your goal weight.
Your body’s metabolism keeps changing and the app changes in response so you actually maintain your weight. When you have questions, the coaches are responsive and thoughtful. And the website has awesome resources to help you along. The work is never painted as easy, but this tool helps you track what you need in order to achieve your goals.
A great app for accountability for my nutrition and fitness goals!!
I have been using this app for a couple of months now with no complaints! It is user friendly and has lots of opportunities to learn more. A large Q&A section and even the ability to ask a coach when needed.
I love that the app will make adjustments to my meal plan based off the data I put into it a few days prior. I am always looking forward to my next bar fill! Wondering what my new recommendations might be. This has been especially helpful through the holidays when my goal is to just maintain! Very helpful app!
Peace of mind/ very manageable
I am so happy with this program. It’s more than just weight loss for me. My stomach feels better after about a month on the program. I love that if I choose to have a meal that isn’t on plan, it is easy to jump back in.
I love that my Garmin activity calories are not directly tied to my meal plan. Before MetPro, I used to try to get extra activity to eat more, but that really didn’t work well for me. And I love that when I start training for a marathon, the program can be adjusted for that purpose.
MetPro is Amazing!
I downloaded MetPro in early December to get a head start on my fitness goals. While I feel that a lot of fitness apps follow a cookie-cutter system, MetPro has engaging coaches and a comprehensive diet and training structure that has already given me results in my first month with the app!!!!
They seem to have a grasp of the science of training/dieting and are able to make a plan for me to reach goals as efficiently and effectively as possible—which I love. I’m confident I’ll continue to see progress as I move through the phases!!!
A program that actually works
This app is fabulous for helping people define their fitness and lifestyle/nutrition goals and make it manageable for the long term. The coaches are available and knowledgeable and respond quickly via text. There is a link to a book describing the program as well as several recipes.
It’s easy to use, fun to use and fabulous to see the pounds drop off. I will never use another program for my fitness and nutritional needs. This one is clearly based in science.
An incredible program & app
I worked with Coach Kim for over 8 months and have seen tremendous results (over 60 lbs lost)! You have direct access to a coach that walks alongside you and is there to answer any questions, motivate you, and keep you on the right track.
I have tried several programs over the years, & this is the only one that breaks it down simply for the user even though the algorithms are very complex. If you want to make a change on how you approach food, this is for you
