Before starting MetPro, I had been working out for 5 years and only managed to lose 10 pounds. However, within the first two and a half weeks of the MetPro program, I lost the same amount of weight. Over the past 15 years, I had tried various diets, some of which I later realized were extremely unhealthy. I had gained about 45 pounds due to stress and unhealthy eating habits.

When I started MetPro, I was surprised by the amount of food I was supposed to eat. I doubted the program would work, but I lost nine and a half pounds in the first month and another nine and a half in the second month. The process has been easy, and I’ve never felt hungry. I was even allowed to keep my favorite foods like cheese and creamer for my coffee. The program also allows for cheat points during functions or holidays, which helped me stay on track.

My coach has been incredibly encouraging. She’s always there for me, even during my struggling moments. I also receive supportive and positive texts three or four times a week. The MetPro app is easy to use and helps me plan my meals. I’ve seen a transformation in my body. I may not have my 25-year-old body, but I feel good about my 53-year-old body. The MetPro program has been a fun and rewarding process.
