Overall I felt healthier, stronger, and was able to eat food! Not having to feel like I was “starving” myself in an attempt to lose weight. MetPro is a totally different scientific philosophy! And it WORKS!!

I decided to start working with MetPro because I always had the "10 lbs to lose" despite being pretty fit. No matter how well I tried to stick to a diet, I never lost any weight and became frustrated with my metabolism. Although I was active and had completed numerous marathons and triathlons, I felt something was missing in my performance. I was 63 years old and more active than ever.

My initial goal with MetPro was to lose weight and become leaner as I trained for an IRONMAN Triathlon. However, as I progressed with the program, my goal shifted to feeling leaner and having more energy for the IRONMAN endurance event.

Working with MetPro was a transformative experience. While I wasn't perfect in following the plan due to my busy work schedule, I still had more energy and endurance than I had in a long time. I felt stronger, lost about 7lbs, and everything looked and felt better. My coach taught me how to choose the right foods and balance my macros, especially as my workouts intensified.

My MetPro coach was amazing and supported me even when I struggled to comply with the plan. She was always positive and accommodating, considering my hectic work schedule and life events.

Beyond achieving my health goals, my experience with MetPro made me feel healthier, stronger, and more comfortable with my diet. I no longer had to starve myself to lose weight. MetPro's scientific approach truly worked for me.

One of the most interesting things I learned about my metabolism and body during this experience was that my body is not abnormal in its metabolism, but I needed to learn how to eat properly to fuel it.

The biggest lessons I learned from this experience were that my body needs the right fuel and timing for optimal performance, and I now choose better food options. I would highly recommend MetPro. Thanks to the program, I completed my IRONMAN event in an amazing time, placed in my age group, and felt incredibly strong during and after the event. My success was all due to proper nutrition, and I am truly amazed by the results.
