Over the years, "life happened," and I found myself gradually gaining weight. I've always tried to lose weight, but nothing seemed to yield sustainable results. I've always enjoyed working out, but I struggled with understanding how to properly fuel my body. I didn't know if I was eating enough, or if I was eating the right things at the right times. I would see some progress, but then I'd hit a plateau and slowly creep back to where I started.
As a physician, when I came across MetPro's scientific methodology, it resonated with me. I understood that metabolism is unique to each individual, and therefore, the way we eat should be customized to our bodies. However, I didn't have the tools to implement such a system on my own.
In just 80 days of working with MetPro, I saw tremendous changes in my waistline and body composition. I've tried other diet programs and worked out for years, but nothing has worked as effectively or quickly as MetPro.
I feel so much better now that I'm eating appropriately and consuming foods that are good for me. I can't say that I really struggled while working with MetPro... This has been the easiest way for me to lose weight over anything else I've ever tried.
With the support of my MetPro coaches and the in-app fitness exercises, I was able to seamlessly integrate the program into my busy work and travel schedule. Today, I continue to prepare my meals and work on my body, but with a different perspective. I'm no longer looking to lose 10 or 20 pounds. Now, my focus is to build more muscle and continue to explore what my body is capable of with MetPro.
The mechanism by which you can ramp up your metabolism through appropriate nutrition and exercise - it's amazing. I would recommend this to anyone. It’s been a great experience, and I’m really excited to see what happens over the next 6-12 months.
