Sugar-Free Granola

    One Serving: 1/4 cup of granola

    Ingredients

    • 4 cups rolled oats
    • 1 cup of your favorite seeds or nuts, chopped
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • ½ cup applesauce
    • 1/3 cup canola or coconut oil
    • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla

    Directions

    1.) Preheat the oven to 300° F.
    2.) Stir all ingredients together in a medium bowl. Pour onto a parchment paper lines baking sheet and spread evenly.
    3.) Bake for 40-45 minutes or until lightly golden brown. Let cool fully on the pan and then store in an airtight container.
