Ingredients
- 4 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup of your favorite seeds or nuts, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- ½ cup applesauce
- 1/3 cup canola or coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
1.) Preheat the oven to 300° F.
2.) Stir all ingredients together in a medium bowl. Pour onto a parchment paper lines baking sheet and spread evenly.
