Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup Chia Seeds
  • 1 Cup Full Fat Coconut MIlk
  • 1 1/2 Cups Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
  • Pumpkin Pie Spice – as Desired
  • Dash of Vanilla Extract
  • Himalayan Pink Sea Salt to Taste

Directions

1.) In a large bowl, combine the chia seeds, coconut milk, pumpkin puree, and protein powder. Add in the pumpkin pie spice, vanilla, and seas salt to taste.
2.) Cover and refrigerate overnight
