Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup cauliflower rice
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • ½ serving plain or vanilla protein powder
  • 1-inch ginger root, peeled
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup almond milk

Directions

1.) Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. If you prefer a thicker smoothie, start with ½ cup of almond milk and add the extra ½ cup if needed.
