Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup cauliflower rice
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- ½ serving plain or vanilla protein powder
- 1-inch ginger root, peeled
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup almond milk
Directions
