Yields 6 MetPro Servings

MetPro Serving Breakdown Per Popsicle:

Protein = 0.5 (Basic: 7.5g protein)
Snack Carb = 1 (Basic: 10g snack carb)


Ingredients:

  • 2 cup berries or mixed berries
  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • Popsicle molds and sticks if needed.

Directions:

  1. Blend together in a high-powered blender until smooth.
  2. Pour into 6 popsicle molds and allow to freeze completely, 6 hours to overnight.
