Orange Glazed Ham

With a tangy orange glaze, this ham will be the highlight of your dinner table.

Ingredients

  • A 5-6lb cooked ham
  • 24 whole cloves (optional)
    Sauce:
  • 2 tsp shredded orange peel
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1⁄4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 4 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 1⁄2 tsp dry mustard

Directions

1.) In medium saucepan, combine all ingredients. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly. Cook for 2 more minutes.
2. Score Ham. Bake at 325°F for 1 1⁄2 -2 1⁄2hrs. Thermometer should read 140°. Brush ham with glaze when 20 mins left of cooking. Return to oven for remaining time. Serve hot.
