Ingredients
- 2 slices Ezekiel bread or sourdough bread
- 1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese
- 1/4 sliced avocado
- 1/2 sliced tomato
- Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
1.) Toast bread and top each one with avocado slices.
2.) Add ¼ cup of cottage cheese to each slice of bread. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and other seasonings. Finish with tomato slices.
