Cottage Cheese Avocado Toast

Ingredients

  • 2 slices Ezekiel bread or sourdough bread
  • 1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1/4 sliced avocado
  • 1/2 sliced tomato
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional Trader Joes Everything But The Bagel seasoning

Directions

1.) Toast bread and top each one with avocado slices.
2.) Add ¼ cup of cottage cheese to each slice of bread. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and other seasonings. Finish with tomato slices.
