Ingredients
- 1/4 Cup Chia Seeds
- 1 Cup Full Fat Coconut MIlk
- 1 1/2 Cups Pumpkin Puree
- 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
- Pumpkin Pie Spice - as Desired
- Dash of Vanilla Extract
- Himalayan Pink Sea Salt to Taste
Directions
1.) In a large bowl, combine the chia seeds, coconut milk, pumpkin puree, and protein powder. Add in the pumpkin pie spice, vanilla, and seas salt to taste.
2.) Cover and refrigerate overnight
