Roasted Chili-Lime White Fish

Ingredients:

  • 1 Teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 Teaspoon Dried Parsley
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Oregano
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Cumin
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/8 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 2- 6oz White Fish Fillets
  • 1 Tablespoon Unsalted Butter
  • 2 Limes (Zest and Juice)

Instructions:

1.) Mix all the spices in a small bowl
2.) Rub spice mix on the fish
3.) Refrigerate the fish for 30 min – 1 day
4.) Pre Heat oven to 450
5.) Place fish on foil lined banking sheet and roast for 10-12 minutes
6.) In a sauce pan melt the butter, lime zest and juice. Swirl the pan to mix. Top the fish with the lime butter
