Pumpkin Pie Overnight Oats

Ingredients
- 6 tbsp (⅜ cup) of dry old fashioned oatmeal
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 6 tbsp (⅜ cup) pure pumpkin puree
- 0.5 serving vanilla protein powder
- 2 Tbsp chia seeds
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of nutmeg
- ⅛ tsp ground ginger
- ½ oz pecans
Directions
1.) In a medium bowl, mix together almond milk, pumpkin puree, and vanilla until well combined. Stir in the oats, chia seeds, and spices. Top with pecans.
2.) Pour into a glass jar or container and place in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight.
