Why did you decide to start working with MetPro? What challenges were you experiencing before working with MetPro?

I decided to start working with Metro since after 2.5 years of frustration I was unable to lose weight “on my own”. I knew exactly “what to do”, but I just wasn’t doing it. My main challenges were not eating balanced meals, eating too many sweets, and “stress eating”.

What were your goals when initially starting MetPro? Did your goals change as you experienced the program?

My primary goal was to lose 10+ lbs. My goals did not change as I experienced the program.

Please tell us about your experience working with MetPro.

I lost more than my goal weight: 15+ lbs. The significant up was that I finally realized that “food/meal planning” is really a key to my ‘solution’ and that I really had to monitor and check my consumption of sugar (and that many foods I was eating had way too many added carbs or sugar). The only down was when my weight plateaued.

Who was your MetPro coach? And what was your experience like working with them?

Polly Ertis was my MetPro coach. She was fabulous! We spoke weekly, she provided me with many great food purchase ideas, was persistent in knowing my weaknesses, and was always very positive!

In what ways did your MetPro coach support you and your goals?

Polly fully understood that my main goals were to lose weight and gain core/upper body strength. She was very persistent supporting my efforts and understanding areas where I needed to be “pushed”.

Beyond achieving your health goals, how else has your experience with MetPro influenced your life?

Better planning for everything in my life!

What was the most interesting thing you learned about your Metabolism or your body from this experience?

That it’s possible to lose weight and gain strength at almost any age!

What was your favorite part or aspect of MetPro's program?

The entire experience was good: pre-screening, coach, the app, the daily/weekly check ins.

What are the biggest lessons you learned from this experience?

To plan my food purchases/meals, and that “some fats are good”

Would you recommend MetPro?

Yes, I would recommend MetPro if someone needs some extra discipline to reach their weight or strength goals
