My name is Bob, and I use MetPro Nutrition. For me, losing weight is a mentally challenging journey that requires strong determination. Deciding to lose weight demands a lot of self-discipline. I have been struggling with my weight since I was a kid. I remember my mom, who also battled with weight, being on Weight Watchers, and I tried eating toast with tuna fish, even though I dislike tuna. Unfortunately, that didn’t work well for me, and my weight fluctuated throughout my life. At 16, I lost a significant amount of weight, which upset my dad as he had just bought back-to-school clothes for me.

As I moved into my late 50s, my focus shifted towards having the healthiest life possible, hoping for a long life ahead. Taking control of my eating, exercise, and diet has been the best decision I’ve made.

When I started, I wasn’t sure of my weight loss goals. Initially, I thought reaching 240 pounds from 280 pounds would be a good target. However, I’m delighted to say that I now weigh 216 pounds, and I’ve had to change my wardrobe multiple times due to my success. I look forward to donating my old clothes to someone who can use them better than I can.

It hasn’t been easy, as the body resists weight reduction, but with determination, I’ve overcome those challenges.
