Starting and Progress Photos
Regularly taking photos of your body is incredibly helpful for you and your coach. Photos provide visual data your coach uses to evaluate your body's response throughout your transformation.
The following are some guidelines and examples for taking good front and side photos. If you have any questions please contact your coach.
What to wear: Ladies: Shorts & sports bra, fitted workout attire or swimsuit. Men: Athletic shorts and no shirt
Good Lighting: Make sure the room is well lit. Avoid getting caught in a shadow.
Full Body (Front and Side): Have someone take a photo of your entire body or use a full length mirror for a selfie. We prefer full body photos from head to toe, however you may take the photo from neck down if you prefer to exclude your face.
