Pumpkin Energy Balls

Ingredients
- ½ cup pumpkin puree
- 2 cups whole grain rolled oats
- 2 medjool dates
- ¾ cup almond butter
- ¼ tbsp cinnamon
- pinch of nutmeg
- pinch of pumpkin pie spice
- 2 tbsp unsweetened dark chocolate chips
- 1 scoop unflavored protein powder
Directions
1.) Line a pan with parchment paper. Grind your oats in a food processor. Add dates and blend into small pieces.
2.) In a large mixing bowl, combine all of your ingredients except the chocolate chips and mix until well combined.
3.) Fold your chocolate chips into the mixture.
4.) Use a spoon to grab the mixture and roll each scoop into a 1 inch ball.
5.) Place your formed ball on the lined pan and refrigerate for at least 30 mins before serving.
