- A 5-6lb cooked ham
- 24 whole cloves (optional) Sauce:
- 2 tsp shredded orange peel
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1⁄4 cup packed brown sugar
- 4 tsp cornstarch
- 1 1⁄2 tsp dry mustard
1.) In medium saucepan, combine all ingredients. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly. Cook for 2 more minutes.
2. Score Ham. Bake at 325°F for 1 1⁄2 -2 1⁄2hrs. Thermometer should read 140°. Brush ham with glaze when 20 mins left of cooking. Return to oven for remaining time. Serve hot.
