MetPro Serving Breakdown:

1 Tbsp = 1 Fat serving (Basic: 15g Fat)

Use the Oil category when entering this in your app. One serving works out to 16g of fat per tbsp


Ingredients

  • 1 egg plus 1 egg yolk
  • Juice from 1/2 Lemon
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 2.5 Cups Extra Light Olive Oil

Directions

1.) In a food processor, add eggs, lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and mustard. Give it a quick pulse to combine ingredients.
2.) Next, set food processor on low and SLOWLY pour in olive oil. As you come to a finish on pour of olive oil the mixture should emulsify and have the consistency of regular mayo! Feel free to add garlic or other spices to make the mayo any flavor you like.
3.) Transfer your MetPro Mayo into an air tight container or jar and store in refrigerator for a 2-3 weeks.
