- 8 ounces of green beans
- 2 tbsp slivered almonds
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp lemon juice
1.) Cut fresh green beans into 1 inch pieces. Cook green beans covered in small amount of boiling salt water for 10-15min. Until tender.
2.) Meanwhile, in a sauce pan, stir in almonds & butter until golden brown. Remove from heat. Add lemon juice.
3.) Stir almond mixture into beans.
