Peppermint Mocha

Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (vanilla)
- 1/4 cup espresso
- 1/4 tsp peppermint extract
- 1/2 tsp cacao powder
- stevia (use to desired sweetness)
Directions
1.) Heat almond milk. Whisk in peppermint extract, cocoa powder and stevia. Froth until milk mixture is foamy.

Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tablespoon raw cacao powder
- stevia (use to desired sweetness)
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
Directions
1.) Combine all the ingredients into a saucepan over high heat, using a whisk to break up any clumps. Keep stirring until smooth and hot. Pour into a mug and serve warm.
Chai Tea Latte

Ingredients
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- stevia (use to desired sweetness)
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon cardamom
- pinch nutmeg
- pinch cloves
Directions
1.) If you desire this drink to be warm, heat almond milk gently on the stovetop.
2.) Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high for 40 seconds.
