- 1 medium butternut squash
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1⁄2 cup walnuts
- 1⁄4 cup butter, cut into cubes
- 1⁄8 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1⁄2 tsp nutmeg
- 1⁄2 tsp salt
1.) Preheat the oven to 425°F. Spray a 9×13 inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
2.) Add the butternut squash, cranberries, walnuts, butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt to the baking pan. Stir.
3.) Bake for 45 minutes or until squash is fork-tender, stirring every 15 minutes. Serve hot.
