Afternoon Protein Popsicle

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup berries or mixed berries
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk.
  • Popsicle mold and sticks if needed.

Directions:

  1. Blend together in a high-powered blender until smooth.
  2. Pour into popsicle molds and allow to freeze completely, 6 hours to overnight.
