We know, there isn't always enough time in the day to go to the gym but we are willing to bet you can find 20 minutes to fit this quick full-body workout into your schedule!
Warm-up:
- 20 Cats and Dogs
- 20 Bird Dogs
- 60 sec Wall Sit with elbow touches
2-4 rounds
- 20 glute bridges
- 20 Standing lunges
- 30 crunches
Cooldown:
- 60 sec Static Bi-Lateral Hamstring Stretch on the wall
- 30 sec per side Upper Spinal Floor Twist
- 10-20 Cats and dogs
