Lyell H's Story

Over the years, due to work and various other things that often occur in life, Lyell gradually gained weight. He has always worked toward losing weight but never could find anything that produced sustainable results.

Lyell has always enjoyed working out, but he struggled with how to feed and fuel himself appropriately. He never felt he had the knowledge about whether he was eating enough, or eating the right things at the right times. Everything seemed to work for a period of time, but then Lyell would plateau and find himself inching closer back to where he started.

As a physician, when Lyell came across MetPro’s scientific methodology it made sense to him. He understood that your metabolism is unique to you and therefore you should eat in such a way that is customized to your body, but he never had the tools to implement such a system on his own.

In a very short amount of time working with MetPro, 80 days to be exact, Lyell has seen tremendous changes in his waistline and body composition. In all the years that Lyell has worked out and tried other diet programs, nothing had worked as effectively or quickly as MetPro. “I feel so much better now eating appropriately and eating foods that are good for you. I can’t say that I really struggled while working with MetPro… This has been the easiest way for me to lose weight over anything else I’ve ever gone through” said Lyell.

With the support of his MetPro coaches and using the MetPro in-app fitness exercises, Lyell was able to seamlessly integrate the program into his busy work and travel schedule. Today, Lyell continues to prepare his meals, and work on his body, but now with a different perspective. He is no longer looking to lose 10 or 20 pounds, but now his focus is to build more muscle and continue to experience MetPro to see what his body is capable of.
