I had begun to accept that it was just genetics...
A while back, during a visit to my doctor, I was informed that I had gained a significant amount of weight over a period of seven to nine months. My doctor bluntly told me I was overweight and alarmingly close to becoming morbidly obese. His stark, somewhat harsh honesty shook me. Seeing the transformation my brother Dan experienced with MetPro was inspiring. He didn’t just lose weight, he became extremely fit. This led to an introduction to Angelo, and that’s how my journey with MetPro started. Today, I weigh 180 pounds. I remember hitting the 200-pound mark many times and just not being able to break through that barrier. I had begun to accept that it was just genetics – that my ‘naturally chubby cheeks’ were simply part of my physique. However, after just two weeks with MetPro, I found myself in the low 190s, which was a significant achievement. As a professional cook, I enjoy the process of preparing meals. MetPro gave me an opportunity to be creative, making a variety of dishes based on the guidelines for healthy meals. I took the basic meal structure and expanded it into diverse, delicious, and healthy options that adhered to my diet plan. My initial goal when I started this journey was to achieve a healthy weight and maintain a healthy lifestyle. However, after seeing my body transform in ways I never thought possible, my ambitions grew. I now want to continue this process, to build more muscle, maybe cut down even more, and explore the limits of my potential. I’m eager to see how far I can go with MetPro.
